Super Visa

A super visa lets parent or grandparent visit their children or grand children who is Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada for up to 2 years at a time. It’s a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years. It is important to note that no dependents can be included in this application.

To be eligible for a super visa, you must:

Be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
A letter of invitation from the child or grandchild residing in Canada
Documents that prove the child or grandchild meets the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO)
Proof of medical insurance coverage for at least one year with a Canadian insurance company.
